Thank you,Rami Risk/reward, it’s one of the only areas in region you can get a really good deal vs peak prices, but there’s obviously the risk it doesn’t come back or that it gets worse, I’m slightly risk adverse & crime is something that I have no control over, so I’d probably not be a buyer there but the prices certainly are interesting, if I was included to invest in a down home in dc I’d probably look more Michigan park/riggs park area.

In PA the requirement for Adverse Possession is 21 years so if you buy at Tax Sale and hold for 21 years in PA, you can then claim Adverse Possession and the statute of limitations for appealing the Tax Sale has expired.

Hi, I am in the position to buy a single family historic home with an ADU in the back that currently has a tenant in it paying $1600 a month including utilities.The home has 3 beds and 1 bath and needs some light work such as floors including leveling of one bedroom where the floor is dipping, a few windows, stair repair, painting and landscaping as it sits on a 7000sqft lot.
