My point is the process of investing in real estate is not as fluid as it seems and for busy people it may even turn them off or they may just start splurging money and expect high cash flow and that won't happen.

Hey Alex, I'm interested in meeting other people in the ADU development space. 

I know people who invest in that area and do very well.

And I provide Rent to own homes for people with less -than perfect credit 

@Kerry Baird are there any problems with partnering with someone else on a primary residence (1-4 units, FHA/conventional loan), just as long as one of the people on the deed is living in the house/in one of the units?  

People tend to follow the money, but don't realize where they are in the curve.

(edit: the property can have up to 3 units built on it...house with attached separate apartment + unattached ADU)Of course, other people are telling me to park my cash in a high yield savings account and just chill LOL, but I'm not really comfortable with that either as an investment strategy.
