Be willing to split the profits with them providing the money, and you the sweat equity / leg work / management of the deal (with their input too, of course).  

Question: We're not far in Orange Cty.

I'm a 29 year old from Orange County, CA who recently became debt free by paying off over 6 figures of debt and student loans in full! 

I live in a neighborhood that will eventually have a shortcut road connecting to close to the west side of Disney property- our side (Lake County) is complete, but the Orange County side are dragging their feet.  

Polk county and Orange are similar as well.

There is some leg work that you have to do to provide the information I need to generate a POF but its pretty simple.

Likewise many investors out there don't want any sweat equity. 2) You are trying to compare apples and oranges.

You can ask for them, but you may not have much a leg to stand on, legally.
