Home staging for the masses has been pretty easy up to now but this new trend could be very divisive if 40% of new home buyers are hoping to see orange furniture, plaid wallpaper, shag carpet and avocado drapes.

You are comparing apples to oranges in this situation.  

It only takes about 30 min. to an hour of your tme.Also for people looking for new toilets go to the orange big box store, they start at $30 for a water saving one.

I know you said you don't want to do it yourself, but if you take one of those orange tubes, you could wrap a week's worth ($100), in like 20 minutes.  

I was just pointing out that most companies do not accept cash. and its legal and not something a judge in judge judy's court is going to ding you about if its clearly in your lease.One of my vendors who has a few hundred D,C,B class they take cash gladly.but on the flip side one of the PM's that worked for one of the early day TK operators ( circa 2002)  would not way take cash it would get out on the street and the next thing you know they are being robbed at gun point..  

It looked similar to what you have  except the original color was more orange.

Most have been about the orange color of the water.

The day an invoice is generated for rent due, the dot would be yellow, then orange and then red, the more past due it gets.
