I think people are still out doing and going unless officially shut down as some places in Florida have been.Having multiple strategies is also important, if the margins are so thin that you can't also pay the bills as a long term rental also then I would question if this is a good investment.

I noticed there was a dissenter to the opinion so it appears even Al Supreme Court Justices disagree on how to apply the language of the statute so while a run of the mill attorney you find on Google can advise you on what they think you should do they could very well be wrong.
