Upon move out there 2 places (in separate rooms) that have noticeable scratches at least 8 inches or so long (almost certainly from dragging heavy furniture). 

I normally have 30 minutes to 48 hours advance notice before any occupancy.

I noticed some property managers have in house GCs and being that GCs are in high demand, I was wondering how everyone felt about one of these PM GCs to help with rehab?

@Sergio Aguinagathe problem with your account number is that if they ever or not paying the rent and you served in the three-day notice and they don't pay the rent and you're going through the eviction process if they make a deposit of any amount during the eviction process it's voided since you're not allowed to accept any payments after 3 days once you start the eviction process

It will be much easier if it's month-to-month as you can just give them a notice of termination.If on a year lease you will have to examine the lease and possibly do an eviction for reasons other than non-payment, which is longer and more costly than evictions for non-payment.
