So in an ideal world, presuming you are cash flow positive on your investment properties, there would likely be no negative consequences.  

Without writing anything down and figuring off the top of my head, I would say this deal is cf negative.

I ran the numbers on multiple B/C properties in the DFW/ Arlington area, and CoC return was small or even negative. 

This is the same faulty reasoning that gurus use when challenged with the fact that 96% of their “students” are unsuccessful.Saying ignore the people who are negative and only listen to the people who are positive is the sales pitch of all motivational gurus, not successful business owners and investors.

The issue with this is it shows up on your credit report negatively and could make getting future loans difficult.

It would also explain the negativity to leases as they were far more prevalent then.

Any of those expenses could wipe out cash flow and cause negative reviews.

An unhappy traveler may leave a negative review, which has a direct impact on profit and listing standing.

Based on my rough estimation, it seems like I can almost live for free there with no cashflow or very low negative cash flow.
