Marginally many houses dont match most of the criteria.

If you budget correctly and have the proper strategy in place the actual will match the paper.

So again.. how many of you can match this driving for dollars?

It’s hard to beat an actual pro at the “exposure” game in my humble opinion but if you choose not to go that route I do wish you luck and please DM me the details in case it is a match for one of our clients. :)
