Why can't people just do business legitimately without all the Bull????

I have been wanting to start attending some of these but I don't really know where to start looking, and more importantly how to determine if it's legitimate or a sales pitch. 

Also, in order to establish a Solo 401k plan you need to have a legitimate business or self-employment activity.

@Paul Wakim to me your concerns about timing seem legitimate, although I am a newbie myself.

I would suggest not writing a lease. use ones that are legitimate, plain language leases that are endorsed by the local Magistrates and the association of realtors.

If you can find one that has worked with clients over and over again, that can help prove they are legitimate.  

Again, we hear you, and we are working to rectify this legitimate issue, but it's worth noting that, from an efficiency perspective, constant communication isn't actually productive.Ok, I think that's enough from me.

Now, if you have the time to buy a great camera, lens, flashes, tripod, etc. and take a legitimate photography course, it could be beneficial.  

Ive run a couple handfuls of homes through the various calculators to get a feel, but there's no substitute for experience.  1) the city center edge, homes on the way from the airport and close to all the action (conferences, games, religious venues, etc)   These are the closest, about 35 minutes from me and not far from where I am at work regularly.  

I'm assuming you based on the fact you said no monies have exchanged hands but it's good to be concise here.Your squatters could gain legitimate tenant rights if they claim they have a written, oral or implied rental contract with you.
