We won a judgement against them recently for $2465.

Some days with rain but not a ton.

When we visit our out of state properties once every year or so, if it's in the fall, we plan on seeding and distributing that moisture control stuff on top where needed, then watering ourselves each day we're there and hope for rain after.  

Might have to visit the house one more time after Thankgiving as 3+ inch of rain coming this week.

We wereJust told though that W Fargo had their judgement on us vacated....thisWas year 2012 that this happened.

@Nicholas Bravo,If that $300k judgement shows up on your credit report, you will have a hard time getting traditional mortgage financing until it is paid.

We've had several days of heavy rain since then and things seem to be holding.I know it's exhausting working a full time job and then working on houses..and others tell me we're stupid to try this on our own. 

Our weather has been cold enough that it would be conducive, however over the last month, its posdible Rain could have intruded... any evidence of ice dams?

Every 3-4 years we get a hard rain that lasts for days and it completely floods! 

Outside paint can obviously withstand rain, so logically it shouldn't matter, but I'd be concerned that an FHA appraiser might be like "oh we need a licensed paint expert to come out and certify that this is OK" which would be a waste of time/money.If there is no curtain thing, go to the dollar store and spend $1 on one. :)I'm just trying to think of what stupid things FHA appraisers might write in an appraisal and getting in front of that. $1 is cheaper than $1 + a paint expert + an appraisal re-visit.
