These are free events, often in pubs and there is no selling of other stuff involved.

In addition, I would advise you to go network in person in as many networking events as you can.

Brian H.If you convert the basement without the proper permits or violate the law the insurance company could refuse to cover you in the event of a fire and/or claim. 

If you try buying a home buyer retail priced place with higher finishes like you like...your rent may not make it profitable enough in the event of a correction.
