I am now looking to implement a Property Management Team for the building....I have 2 companies I have been talking with:1.)

They must have track record of implementing value-add deals.

I've sat in on a few webinars lately and I'm really interested in implementing this as one of my strategies.

Not to put up roadblocks for them to do so.So, as you might guess, my vote would be this would be an absolutely awful idea to implement.

Simply put, with the Solo 401k there are 3 components of the service:The initial implementation of the planAnnual compliance subscription to keep the plan current with tax code changesAdvisory supportIn this industry, there are document providers that handle steps 1 & 2 (and may promise 3) and firms that truly bring a level of expertise in both the tax code and alternative asset investing, and can provide you with meaningful guidance as you invest with your plan.The annual fee most companies charge is associated with a compliance subscription, and is not likely to change.  

We invested in an education program through Nudge aka Response and are beginning to implement our plan.

Have spent the last 2 years reading a lot of material (mostly from the Rich Dad moniker) Ready to dive in and actually start implementing what I learned.

How many programmers do you think they have on that part of the business?

I've never been asked as a renter myself, and I've never thought to implement this strategy with the property I own.  

Build up your knowledge on the subject and once you find a strategy, implement it.
