I don't know how to post a poll in this forum, so please just feel free to post your response.WHAT ARE THE TOP TWO REASONS THAT YOU ARE INVESTING IN A STR AT THIS TIME?

I know it can be fun to conceptualize how much you can make but it is the doing that actually make sthe money. 

I like the added security with doorman and onsite maintenance but know the assessments can be high.

@Amy KimRecommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

If there’s another method, please let me know. 

San Antonio specifically is know for STR.
