@Roy Furbert Everyone involved will get named in the lawsuit like @Chris Seveney said.This whole thing smells like fraud from what you’re describing but it depends how it was marketed and what the MLS said.

My guess loan officer was set loose due to costs.If seller has the written commitment approval letter from the lender they have to honor it, unless there is fraud.

From what I can tell, having multiple landing pages with identical text and layout is a no-no.
