We had a scammer create a very professional looking website using our company’s real name, my real name, and our real home address.

Stuart I have been with my commercial banker now since 1993.. started with a little 100k  LOC to buy timber and within 8 years I was the largest borrower at that bank at about 15 mil.. ( small community bank)  but we fought through the GFC together I had to start over and my banker kept one last  1mil LOC open for me so I could operate and since those dark says of 2010 he has gone on to fund 5 subdivisions for me  300 plus homes and 100 plus million in loans and this is based on relationship 100%..

Overloading of circuits in older homes is a bigger issue.  

My website needs to be updated but those are the homes I got from 2016 to 2019.

I have about 25000 saved up and I'm living at home for free how much of that should I spend on a property or save.How does someone truly manage a property "effectively" from a distance? 

As for returning the deposit if there was clean up, hopefully you took photos of the condition of the home once it was vacant and have an itemized bill to present the former tenant. 

Purchased all cash as a major fire damaged home & knocked almost all of it down and re-built it with new addition and rooftop deck with jet-liner views of the city!
