They will be a primary competitor and their financial health is a good thing to keep track of. 

A key factor is that a business also has a healthy cash flow.

Scepticism is healthy in these situations. but i wouldn't go directly to "scam"... just know the right questions to ask and get to the bottom of really what is being offered here.

Leach fields are sized on how the soil perc tested and the size of the tank.

So those that have a healthy brain.. think!

For sewer, if there are no sanitary sewer lines, which is common in the country, you will need to have the county health department come and test the soil for a "perc test" that will tell you if your soil is suitable for leach fields that will slowly decontaminate wastewater from your home.

I don't have anything else to compare this type of analysis to but my gut says this is a good healthy market devoid of any systemic anomalies.

I guess my point is that you really don't have to pay for a good real estate education.We have purchased about 45 doors in the past 6 years.... sold some of those for healthy profits, and currently sit at 37 doors.
