How are STR’s doing in San Antonio?

Hi all! This is my first post! Yay! I'm currently at the Bigger Pockets conference in Orlando and trying to research some markets while here. I have 2 STR's in Arizona, but have my sights set on San Antonio Texas and a few other areas. Can anyone share their experience with STR's in San Antonio? Thank you!

@Tara Stivers I’m also here in Orlando for the conference! Across my portfolio we are right around 73% in October. MTR does well here with savings on HOT tax, stay extensions, management fees, and turnover!

    Do you self manage?
Yes I have cleaners and contractors, so I’m able to handle check-ins, communication, and any problems pretty quickly . When it becomes too much I’ll have someone manage, but that’s not the case so far.
