There are a handful of reasons why you could get a second loan, relocating 100+ miles away, or significantly upsizing your home due to a growing family ect, but simply waiting a year and getting a second loan isn't necessarily going to work unless you refinance that first loan.

It is interesting to see that quite a few primary markets (Phoenix, Colorado, Charlotte, Indianapolis) are still seeing stable occupancy rates and growing rents in both Lifestyle and rent by necessity apartment groups.

Nothing against any of that as it's all necessary, but I don't seem to be able to locate a good group that is simply folks who want to learn, grow, and share ideas together.Does anyone know of any groups like that?
