I am a new real estate investor in Green Bay, WI who is looking to jump start my journey to financial freedom.

If you listen to David Greene on the podcasts at all, you just basically nailed the numbers he goes for.

For example, the tiles, toilet, and bath tub are a puke green and funky pink.

I’m looking to invest out of state and am trying to narrow down different cities to BRRRR SFH as outlined in David Greene’s book.

I'm familiar with Green River, Main Street, Carrington, Equator, Goodman Dean, Clear Capital, LRES, Inside Valuation but thought there might be some name changes, consolidations or start ups.

Heard about Bigger Pockets on Paula Pant's Afford Anything podcast.Have spent the last few weeks trying read, listen, and learn as much as possible.Just finished listening to David Greene's - "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing" audiobook, as well as Miracle Morning.

Thank you @Roemeo Barnette, I have been interested in investing outside of Cincinnati as well, and have recently finished David Greene's "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" book, so I would definitely take any tips and guidance you have in that regards as well!
