Some mid-west cities have a long way to go before recovering from the global export of heavy manufacturing.  

The problem in the manufactured housing industry is that many community owners are small businesses, and have little or no in house capacity to put such a system together, and frankly, resent having to invest the time and money to do so.

This is where I feel real estate investing can be an exciting way to make money work for me and help me towards my ultimate goal of financial freedom.I am an Assistant Engineering Manager for fire apparatus manufacturer based in Hilliard, OH.  

They order supplies from the manufacturer knowing they are going to sell them asap for a mark up.

Now, there is nothing wrong with making an honest living by manufacturing cars.

Todd,I have looked at a few manufactured home parks for loans in the last 12 months.  

The house is a nicer 1800sqft manufactured house although we are in NE Bend about 2mi from Downtown. 

I tried doing the MH thing out here, specifically for Nevada this state is not the state to be taking back notes as the MHD Manufactured Housing Division hates investors and has a barrage of laws in place to make it very difficult and punish and fine investors as well.
