Wondering what price per square foot people are paying for their hard surface flooring.

I just dont have any experience with houses of this nature and I dont want to scare the seller off or shoot myself in the foot.

That personal referral usually helps to get a foot in the door and will at least lead to a meeting.

That being said, the contractor should be able to give you a material allowance for items, such as $x dollars for kitchen faucet or $x per square foot for carpet, etc...

For context, my cashflowing duplex right now is about $4k/month before any repairs.My worst fear is buying a property, getting tenants and having those tenants lose their jobs unexpectedly (i.e the virus gets worse) and leaving me footing the full bill every month.
