It sounds you receive a consolidated K1 form, which is fairly simply to capture at the federal level.My concern... is it then sounds like you would have to complete separate state tax returns for any state impacted?

Looks as though the IRS is providing relief to individual and business taxpayers in Texas by extending the federal tax deadline to June 15. 

It can go either way.Left over boot is going to be a federal matter primarily.
