One of the methods I showed them was doing 360 virtual walkthroughs that we record to their websites.Then we also do what are virtual open houses that are essentially webinar walkthroughs to groups of qualified buyers.Finally, I've encouraged all of them to shoot a video detailing how they are sanitizing everything each time they show a house.

A decent Agent (and I'm not even talking about a rockstar here) would have talked over with you about how important it is to not only get the inspections done if you want to BUT ALSO how to present the impact of those inspections on the contract, which is essentially what everyone else is saying.That said, I find a lot of the times with that many offers in my area, initially Sellers will take the highest price nearly every time.

So i would say if your shopping in the affordability index and you have a job in medical, utilities, gov, education or other essential service rates are low and its time to buy.
