In a very short amount of time, I’ve learned so much about the industry and, more importantly, myself as an investor (what I’m comfortable with, good at, and would enjoy doing).

I am new as well, and have been enjoying every minute that I spend on this site.

This town was a town that I enjoyed visiting as a kid, but due to the economy and horrible decision making by the local government, the entire place is in shambles.

Although this career path has great benefits, I dont see my self being able to enjoy nice long vacations, buying a big beautiful home, or repaying my parents for everything that they have done for me growing up.It all began watching "The Secret".

They enjoy the current legal environment that results in a plethora of HOA court cases and unlimited funding of these cases through HOA bank accounts (and all without any involvement, knowledge, or approval of home owners).

Enjoy every aspect of it. 

They know the chance of getting caught is low and the penalty will likely be a slap on the wrist.
