Kim - Newbie Intro!
Hello BP members! I'm Kim Beckwith from South Euclid, Ohio. I've been on BP for about a month or so; simply trying to absorb as much information as I can - and boy is there a lot of it! (which is simply great :-) )
I have been working actively as a Realtor since the start of 2013. I also work full-time as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. Real estate is my passion. I love everything about it. My 1st plunge into investing took place when I was 22. I had 3, two-family units for about 10 years. I unfortunately had a life changing event that cause me to leave the world of investing and I am just now getting back to it - 10+ years later. To say things are very different now would be an understatement.
My goal is to replace my full-time income with full-time investing. I'm interested in creating a portfolio of properties beginning with residential multi-families and then moving into commercial properties. I also plan to include flipping as part of my business plan.
I love to learn, which is a great thing, because BP has tons of information for me to take it! Its like trying to drink from a fire hydrant! Lol!
I look forward to learning from each of you - experienced and newbies alike! I also hope that I can add some value to each of you as well.
