first - I would love to ask if there is something of a bubble in Krgz RE - and if it is sustainable as it clearly was in Moscow. if like in Moscow - there are no class A properties you may get OPMs (corp) to completely fund construction using their lease deposit and then have them pay the rental for the lease term to be your profit. just to make it easy - our prices, sizes etc are given per square foot, not m2 so you may divide 1 m2 by 10.89 to get the psf amount. then you may have to divide by the exchange rate of the EURUSD to get an exact comparison in costs.

Some houses don't have drives. 

The high end building will have high end rents, which will drive your rents up.If it smells and looks right I wouldn't question yourself. 

If their drive to sell it is they need money for a certain reason, then there is more bargaining power. 

Most parts of eastern PA are about a 2 to 3 hour drive from me, but the prices and property taxes are much, much lower.The two main areas I've been looking at are Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, and then further south in Allentown/Bethlehem.The Wilkes-Barre area seems to have lower overall prices on duplexes and triplexes, which some going for $30k-$40k and needing only some minimal cosmetic work.  

There are ways you can do it by posting signs (check your local rules about this) and driving for dollars that don't involve a lot of money.

The lender has fees for everything, including having someone drive by the property to see if it's still there.Call the foreclosing trustee and get an itemization.

Get them to do a drive-by and if it isn't occupied, a peek into the windows.  

I'm also doing drive by's looking for vacant homes and properties. 

Right now I am driving around and searching for potential properties that fit the buyer need and doing back end research to contact and find out the availability of that property.
