What you need to do is have a conversation with a good attorney, one time, who can tell you the parameters that you can work within and if you change the players in the next deal, all you need to do is check on how things changed.Considering how a local and good attorney can be an asset to investors must be missed for investors,, you get your program, strategy, contracts and all the stuff you want to do blessed once with legal water, then do the same thing multiple times using those documents.Don't tell your attorney I said that, it cuts into his fee structure.
