Now I feel it is time to start diving into the investing world and I am really serious about it.I realize there are so many ways and routes people take to get started, but I really believe the best thing for me to do is FIND A MENTOR.

And if one does not have deep pockets, then such a person would quickly find him/herself facing foreclosures on multiple properties.

Dive right in, find a topic, ask plenty of questions, and then TAKE ACTION.  

Built 18 feet wide by 52 feet deep, this 4 story legal three family townhouse is rich with original details, and has had recent updates, including a new roof.

Would the numbers make sense to pursue that (and are your pockets deep enough :))?

The unit was in rough shape so there was some cost for new carpets, deep cleaning, new toilet, etc.

So just dive in!!

This may mean it may not be for sale currently as the only listing I'm seeing is zillow.It looks a little grimy, but nothing a deep clean and some paint wouldn't cure.All other things being equal, I think this is a good property.  

During diligence just dig deep and make sure the numbers work out. 

Im looking into purchasing my first rental property and want to learn a little more about it before I dive in.
