Hi Jennifer,Just an idea.You might want to try going to visit the Mayor in person (if its not a large metropolis), and show some pics of the tall weeds on your phone.Then simply ask if the Mayor can help you (a voter) to get those weeds cut more often, or even planted with park grass (probably no to this one, but it gives you the fallback of cut the weeds), so the kids don't hurt themselves on random rusty objects hidden by the tall weeds.

@Scott Anderson The questions you are asking should be answered by your broker of record.At my brokerage, we use all digital signatures so adding an owner is very simple so I have all owners sign.
