I was hoping to find an investor on BP who was using this strategy in their student rental however maybe it is not common for a reason.

And sometimes you have to change your strategy based on what's available.  

What is your plan/strategy for investing?

Going to try to do the BRRR strategy. 

My wife and I are new to real estate investing but we have discussed our long term and important goals to us and decided last year on a long term hold investment strategy.

What is your exit strategy?

My program models the "BRRRR" strategy that you might have read about on BP.
