In light of the amounts of $ thrown around at the banks and car companies and federal programs like birth control for white tailed deer and the like, it's hard to argue against nutritious meals for kids at $2 million a year.

With a light refurbishment to attract good long term tenants and good rents plus potential long term hold ie 10years for growth -bonus if it happens.

We'll see what happens.It needs some light work (painting, flooring etc.) and a few other misc. things but overall this is a fantastic house for the price.

Ask about blue light filters too.  

It sheds new light on flipping for me.

I can watch the prospects to make sure they are treating my property with respect and I can see if they remembered to lock the door or.forgot to turn a light off etc.

The first step everyone needs to do, to get anywhere near accuracy in "what's next", is to THROW OUT that garbage thought pattern that the housing market is a light switch that operate in either "Red-Hot" or "Crash" modes.
