From tax point of view you may consider: 1) seller financing - you will spread income and taxes over years 2) 1031 exchange - selling rentals and buying Realestate investment instruments

For instance, I currently show 1664 posts (and it even says that right next to the link titled "All posts from Kyle" when you view my profile), but when I click on that link the number that shows up at the top of all the posts is 1555.
