We have a perfect building (200 years old, lots of character/history, exposed brick, hard wood, structurally sound, downtown).

It's a great read, it really clarifies things that officially, it probably came from a bat, to something else, to a person, somewhere, most DEFINENTLY not a leak from a lab in China (I kid you not, it actually says that). 

It shows a lack of understanding of basic human nature to think you can just send checks to people out of thin air and that many of those people will use the money responsibly (if you define responsibly as catching up on your obligations and using the funds for necessities).

Definately want to get dollar.

These all should be clearly defined and written down.

So Im in a particular situation, where my tenants were supposed to of moved out a while ago (Jan time frame with not even the defined 30 day notice but a 60 day notice!!)

Define "investor friendly."

As the banking industry refers to the 3 C's of credit     Character, capital and capacity.   

Is its character pretty down to earth or is it going to do a South Lake Tahoe and outlaw most vacation rentals because the wealthy people who own second homes there don't want tourists next door?
