I couldn't dig deep enough with a 2-hand orbital floor sander (not the U-sander one).

I’m a fix-and-flip investor, I moved to CT 2 years ago, I would love to get out in the community, and connect & meet like minded people.

Xero is definitely cheaper but the bank connections are limited so if you use a local bank it might not work.
