Want to take an exterior laundry room that is not heated or cooled and make living space.

I'm guessing you either call around to find one of these lenders or someone cool could refer you to one.Should i start working with a realtor right away? 

Obviously one property won’t be exactly the same as another (insulation, how warm/cool the current residents keep the house, etc).

When I starting attending the newbie investor group at TREIA about 2 years ago the speaker was preaching about Mebane.. having been in downtown Raleigh for 2 years now, I'm starting to drink the cool aide about these small towns.

hey yall, I am a part of a team of wholesalers that I love, I am in charge of the disposition of properties; here is my current issue, I love my team they have helped me grow but after been at this for a couple of months I don't feel that I am growing anymore is more like repetition which cool however I want something more than 10% of the spread, I've done my homework in other niches, there are some that I want to try out; as of now I am low on capital to do my own fix and flip also have no idea how to get one done.

Because any "cool" updates you do now will by then be "like, soooo 2020."

Once I made those shifts - it was like the floodgates opened back up.I’ve now got sellers calling me (and more leads than I need).When things cool down, I’ll start to gravitate back towards my core market..
