If the person continues to park in your driveway then I wouldn't spend much time trying to communicate with them and just have it towed.

I still continue to DCA into my index funds, but this 50K stays as extra money that I can invest somewhere else.

Trying to do it Matrix style, if a book is best I will go that route, if there are good sites that give you the cliff notes version that's fine. 

Some of the reasons I'm considering on making the jump into this area is because they are steadily continuing to develop at a crazy rate, it has good highway access, the neighbors are cool and the location to the shopping center makes it ideal.
