It's nearly a full time job between marketing, deal finding, closing, inspecting, getting a lender, meeting contractors, checking in on the property, getting it finished on time and getting it sold.

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

I'm in the process of studying to obtain my real estate license, but I'm eager to dive deeper into the world of real estate, in particularly interested in learning hands-on skills related to home renovation and remodeling (Fix&flip)I believe that the best way to learn is through practical experience, so I'm hoping to find someone in the industry who would be willing to mentor me or provide on-the-job training.

Those aren't very common.

But this is more common with traditional owner occupant listings.

What @Richard F. said^^^ And no this is not a $6000 job, unless there is mold and it has spread throughout the entire ceiling (very doubtful)....

I want to generate a cash flowing portfolio that over the next 10 years will allow me to transition away from my current job without worries about the next one.
