I've never bought via a wholesaler or lied to anyone, always been very upfront about everything and even been thanked by the seller, and said that I was "sent by god!" 

Today is tough with running around like a chicken with its head cut off but when I have a breathing moment, I will respond to each and ask any residual questions.

Unfortunately when you are new, it is a little bit of chicken and the egg. 

That's when I found BiggerPockets and have since been making my way through the podcast (currently up to episode 31) as well as taking steps such as reading the UBG (Ultimate Beginner's Guide) and books to get my hands on as much knowledge as I can when it comes to the world of real estate investing.Being new to the industry means that there is so much to learn and lots of new adventures that lie ahead.

Chicken or Steak?

My gut wouldn’t lie to me.

I think that anyone who claims to know what's going to happen 21 months from now, let alone 21 years from now, is click bait media at it's worst.If the coasts continue surging in price and passing nutty rent control laws, those will probably be some of the worst places to invest for anyone who doesn't have billions of $$$ lying around and an army of lawyers to keep ahead of all the red tape and regulations.Another thing is the leading nature of statistics: raw population growth does not always correlate to rising demand for houses to the extent that it will push up prices and rents.  

That is where my question lies.

Biggest problem I had was people lying.

Though I am trying so hard to limit her use every day, I cannot lie it is a struggle.
