The dilemma is that the place is old and awkward, I have to work around 2 foot thick stone walls and as it stands my master will have a full bath directly across from it in a hallway that attaches to the living room.

make sure that you don't get emotionally attached to any property, know what your MAO is (Maximum Allowable Offer) and stick with it, don't compromise just to get a property.

@Alison Loiselle, I rented out my attached garage to my condo in Cambridgeport for the last two years.

Maybe in some areas it is unusual to set up workshops in a garage but I am use to seeing workshops attached to a garage or a garage converted to a workshop.

The home is 1336 sq ft. with a 1 car attached garage on a slab.
