The property is in a nice neighborhood with a lake view so I would imagine it appreciates more rapidly (not that I ever intend to sell)If this helps, here is some other info:I have about 50k in stocks right now that I could sell if i needed to (i'd rather not)I make 90k a year at my jobAm I over my head on this one?

The people in default are extremely sensitive and will view your actions through glasses of negativity, so treat them the way you would want to be treated if you were in their situation.

This seems to be fairly safe for me to fund roofs, heaters and the occasional snow plowing.At the end of the day, I view this place as a viable investment if you can get your mortgage payment down.

Kinda realized if you have a loan on something someone can take it away from you...lessons learned had are lessons learned well.That is pretty interesting that you have 3 examples that pretty much run the gambit.The $53K cash sale to someone that will keep it as a rental is sorta my view on the quintessential cash sale.

So there's a nice condo with view in the perfect part of town, priced to sell a little under value(160k) no rental cap, other units in the building renting at 1,100-1,600.
