Especially to do it right and get Leeds Certification. 2) A lot of the building techniques, products and practices are not practical, they are just there to be cool and groovy. 3) To run a house with solar requires a huge system, plus battery back-up, once again terribly expensive with a long payback that limits it to the wealthy.Not saying that there are not positives to the whole concept, of course there are, but it is just not viable, may never be, because unfortunately, money is the driver as always.

Is that at market rental rates, or slightly below to keep them full, or are you using a dynamic pricing techniques to manage to a particular vacancy rate?

There are strategies to use lease options to make profit out of nothing, but it's too complicated and time consuming for me, so I only use this technique to get out of assets that don't conform to my investment target.    

Is the campaign you're talking to a drip campaign or a 1-blast out to 3,000 people using 3 different techniques?
