There's no point in saving them for special occasions.The truth is, 99% of people will put it in their pocket, then throw it away the first chance they get.

@Alyssa Strom could get you a CMA to sell, her company specializes in buying and selling duplexes.  

While technically, I guess anyone could, however, someone lacking the very specific and very specialized skill set required to "procure" this efficiently, would not be able to collect the information prior to the tax list being published.

For now, we are going to see if we can find an agent who specializes in real estate investments and see if we ca partner with that person.

My advice is to find an independent insurance agent that specializes in investment property portfolios. 

Just make sure they specialize in tax and have significant experience dealing with real estate investors.
