Fellow investors and landlords,I have decided to offer my tenants a small discount for paying their rent on time, in light of the current situation.

So I took it up on my self to call and have the electric put in my name cause I knew what he meant by shouting **** down around here..So we went all weekend thinking since the guy came Friday and talked with him and he knew what was going on and he knew cause this was his 3rd time to deal with norma and will roberts that he wasn't turning it off cause there wasn't no bang out here they were going to be working . they were just trying to force us out and make us leave and leave hafe of ourvstuff here cause he had already had the locks changed on the shop were all our tools were and our other things that we had stored in there.but in oklahoma I did know what I could do about any of this cause now ive came home to a generator running my house to keep lights going anf my freg amd things and ive got the shitvthatvthe hole world is scared of.so I'm corninten to this place for at least 3 weeks the earliest . and I'm not wantingvtobhere this noisy thing that long.

We have a list of prospective tenants that could fill the building, but in light of the COVID-19 crisis, I'd like to offer a month's free rent to hospital employees and municipal first responders.  

@Troy Winkler Hi Troy.In light of the daily situation of shelter in place orders and people in fear of contact from social distancing, we came up with a fast solution to showing vacant, or even occupied units to get them back into rent-collecting inventory.

That's sort of like a sign that says "Free Beer and Food" and all you get is one Natural Light and a Slim Jim.

It's natural to see both buyers and sellers moving to the sidelines right now.

A "light" fixer upper which wound up needing more than expected (as we should have expected).

I invest in areas (Torrington and Winsted CT mostly) where natural appreciation is not promised.

However, at this time, ensuring that the portfolios are strongly positioned to weather even the most severe downturn is the prudent decision.We are aware of the fact that this may be a difficult time for some of our investors and want to reiterate that this was not a decision we have taken lightly.
