It doesn't have anything to do with real estate markets per se but it’s a good indication as to what the population is doing and whether the average income and job availability are growing or shrinking in a given area.

As you indicated that you just noticed this yourself, it seems that you have not notified them in any way yet.

Would this indicate that perhaps the Sheathing of the roof is probably in need of repair/replace?
