Don't want to frighten u '  The "RichDad" mentality is great but just don't join the legacy group or the RichDad education group . 

I recommend u look into repossessed properties in the areas u describe, a lot of opportunity.

You just change how u do it.

With enough notice and fairness I think u might be surprised how many will completely understand...if they argue, point them to the local paper where they can see all the other places w the same rules.

Which leads to a question, if I can find lenders for either or both..how do u pay back a lender on rental property, or can it even be done that way being more of a long term thing.
