There is trash everywhere, you cannot see the floor through the food crumbs and trash, driveway and garage is so muddy from 4 wheelin you cannot drive on it, etc.

(which doesn't do you any good)In the foreign country I do intend to buy in, tours are brought in from Australia to look at farmland, and they are very popular and a lot of real estate gets sold.The thing about a foreign country, is that there is so much to learn, and a limit to how much time you can visit and decide what to buy.The only thing I would worry about would be that the tour would take me around and show me only over-priced properties.
