When I read Brandon Turners book, there is a section crafted all towards strategies to purchase without necessarily needing a financial institution to front the costs, which is where this becomes confusing and had me wondering to begin with.

It’s certainly better than LTR for cash flow even with my conservative numbers, but not sure it’s worth the extra hassle and hands-on management.Here in Florida, I discovered that anything under 6 months falls under the Division of Hotels and is regulated as such, and from what I can tell, STR owners are largely non-complaint with these regs, lodging taxes, even registering with the state as a landlord!

That thought might be wrong, but thats just me.Basically, I'm trying to understand which part of the market as far as Home prices go has the most potential for value as an investor, and at what point in home prices are you no longer providing a service as far as financing goes because your potential buyers can find loans from institutions on their own.
