condos or multifamily

Hi, I am new to this discussion forum and I thought it might be a good place to ask this question. I presently own 3 rental condos and 3 multifamily houses. Would it make sense to sell the 3 condos and reinvest the proceeds into another one or two multifams or is it better to have a bit of both? Thanks for your help.

That's tough to say without specific knowledge! Can you sell the condos and buy multifamilies that produce more cash flow? Are the condo associations good or bad? Do they cashflow now? How much trouble are they?

Where are you located and where are the properties?
