In Memphis you can get 3 properties at $18k each averaging $5k-$7k repairs and pay and average of $75k total with each one bringing in about $600 each.

On the 10 year cycle average on the curve bottom from ten years ago is generally higher in value then the last bottom.

You're just paying with pre-tax dollars rather than after tax dollars.Further, there are costs involved with buying and HUGE costs involved with selling.Don't fall for the BS the real estate industry puts out.
