As the lead buyer for my group, the biggest challenge is find self storage development sites in non-saturated markets. 

I do load my docs for storage to their site and that works well too.

Growth, cash flow, both, short term, long term, retail, apartment, office, industrial, self storage, etc.   

Go check your washer dryer and see if working, find out where the leak is, fix the leak if it's plumbing related, then disconnect move to garage and let them install their own.. tell them the washer and dryer will remain in the garage until they leave.Your in a cold climate so winterize the washer before putting in garage,, run some RV antifreeze thru the washer so it gets in the pump to prevent freezing the pump. easy to do if its going to be in storage maybe during the winter..

I want to buy a self storage facility but there is very few available.

I am mainly interested in multi family but am open to wholesaling, flipping, buy and hold, syndications, storage units, single family. 

We were considering splitting the double garage in half and renting out one or both sides for storage or parking etc. 

Has 2 window air units, gas furnace, covered front stoop, deck & storage building.
